Director of Ski Dubai operations from 2004 (1 year before opening to the public) to 2010, Lucas led the team that has transformed this technical milestone into media and then commercial success.
In 2010, he moved to Kazakhstan and led the modernisation of Shymbulak Ski resort which is now a major tourist attraction in Kazakhstan. He also participates in the Kok Zhailau project on behalf of the Kazakh tourism ministry.
Back in France in 2014, he manages the "Portes du Mont-Blanc" ski area and continues to participate to various missions of assistance in france and abroad.
Technical Director of Ski Dubai from 2005 (6 months before opening to the public) to 2013, Paul was essential in the success of the project. The completion of construction, commissioning and technical management of this unique facility demonstrated Paul's ability to combine his technical knowledge, fantastic common sense and a strong customer focus. This has allowed Ski Dubai to become the coherent and efficient operation that it is today.
